NO ONE knows the details of what is happening, including me.

Could be NDA's, Government Agencies, Buyout, Joint Venture - many things

Some have very positive outlook on the future of the Kat companies. Big possibilities!

Some a very negative outlook on the future, depends on the attitude I guess.

pro-trader ..... To my understanding, sometimes NDA for Jr Explorations could last for over 2 years when dealing with JV or Buyout.
There could be lots of negotiations and terms to be talked back-and-forth, just like politics at the Congress.
After all, they are talking about Billions of Dollars, not chicken feed.
That's why as shareholders, we must have patience.
That's the NATURE of Exploration.
