Does it seem to anyone else that the SEC is dragging its feet on revoking Spongetech's publicly-traded securities?
I think the SEC is giving big time allowances in order to close the BK. The SEC will revoke the stock once the BK is discharged. No chance in a million years will this ever trade under SPNG again.
Revoking SPNG is imminent
If a new company gets the deal done and buys the assets and the BK is discharged .. they most certainly can file or R M to trade again as a new company
