No offense but you need to do a lot more DD on this. You may be surprised to find out what actually happened.

Parent was CEO but there were problem and legal actions. Parent was removed from CEO but later won some court cased. The BOD had him removed but he later got the position back after suing and proving the way they did it was not legal. Hardly a legacy to be proud of or a sign of his success by any stretch.

In the end he left Goldspring but hardly made anyone rich since the stock performed very poorly and the company came close to bankruptcy.

The stock went from pennies to over a dollar based mostly on this and the new BOD of directors fixing his failures.

Yes it was a 200 reverse split that made the stock go up and not Parents success by any stretch.

As for you reviewing the dredging report. Well I am sure you are only able to get the same info that is already published so we have all reviewed the dredging reports.
