NOT TOO MUCH WISHFUL THINKING! seems it wuld be wise investmetn fro them to spend some real coin to get the report...fi that is what it would take. You seem positive it exisits and just as confident in what it says.
It should be the comp's job as said once before. However, if management agrees w/ an investor to chase that report on comp's behalf (if they wont do it themselves for some reason) then why not ? Nevertheless, if a gov agency displaced the report once, one can expect for it to happen more often. That in itself should tell everything abt the high potential of BG. Something for you to look into DRCAL together w/ DH if he's open to the suggestion.
