yes there is a software available on Kaza that changes your registration key!! then you can update on the net!!!

Chief, I know 2 ways to get SP1 on to your computer.

1) There is a copy of XP Pro out there with SP1 integrated

2) There is a utility that lets you change your registration key to a valid one and get on to the Microsoft website :)
