Otherwise, don't company members have to file when they sell shares? Things are finally going right for this company, why would you sell shares now?

JR...what you don't mention is the pps for last month Vs what the pps is now---even with those 2-300 Mil shares added to the float

doesn't matter whether it's the noteholders or Roy

we're up at least 4-5 bags from last month ;-)
