Face it King is not a business man, he's a clinician! He was given a change to manage the company. But so far he has done a poor job on the contract manufacturing side and bringing to market a pharmaceutical drug. Also after all these years, why have they not expanded their drug pipeline! He has shown a lack of understanding the basic's of building a company.
Agreed. He started using it on a call a few months ago and IMO the data was in and he knew at that point it would be very costly and time consuming to find what Bavi's niche would be in the HEP C arena. He had already made the decision and said so on the call that we needed to outsource it to someone actually in that arena in a big way. They take on the development costs and we get royalties. The one reason we may get some money is that we have done a phII which has identified Bavi's strengths and weaknesses so a map has been laid out and because my guess is that Hep C trial times and costs are not as inhibiting.
