Why is it that Tim chooses to communicate with you personally?

I ask because according to the updates, little information can be given on account of confidentiality agreements between MDSI, Radix and other involved parties.

150,000 per boat, 5 counties an 200 boats lined up,- that's a significant development to disclose to just one shareholder.

Fill me in. Am I missing something?
