Found this in one of the filings concerning the lease on Eastern:

On July 1, 2010, the Company relocated its principal executive offices from New York City to 6801 Eastern Avenue, Suite 203, Baltimore, Maryland 21224. Our new offices contain approximately 2,000 square feet under a written lease for a term of three years at an annual rent of $23,000.

So, the lease was through July, 2013.

We'd have to know the terms of the lease as to the timing. Likely there is timeframe according to Maryland commercial lease law that defines how long a tenant has to remedy the default, forfeiture of deposits, etc. The landlord wouldn't be filing unless the grace period was exhausted.

It's a Sutton Global Production...

...and it requires various actors (alleged 'staff')', props (pretend products/patents/agreements/PR's), and stages (offices, 'factories', trade shows).

Ike and Co. write the script, start the show, and go wild selling tickets.

Very profitable for the Executive Producer and his 'production team'...despite the fact all his shows get negative reviews, have a very sad ending, and the people that bought tiickets leave feeling ripped off.

When you walk into a theatre, at least you know going in that it's all just 'make-believe'.

Is the SEC a member of the Academy that gets to vote for the Oscar in the category of 'Worst Movie with Highest Gross'? Maybe they'll give Sutton a Lifetime 'Achievement' Award!

Oil.
