I just called Art Steinberg to ask a question re: ballot. He did confirm to me that Ben Bush did file an appeal but could not make any comments on it – in fact all calls to him are now routed to WMG office.
It does seem to be a fact at least one appeal has been filed. Now my concern is how far this Bush appeal can go? Does anyone know if he is pro se, or does he have a law firm working this appeal? Linda, if you saw the appeal it may state that.
