He's saying that the financials coming out in March won't include Rebel. Remo sent him an email saying that due to the cost of it, the financials won't be consolidated until the end of 2012.
Remo also hints that rebel is working on apps. Which is great news to me.
Ernest said that rebel would not be shown on marchs financials because it would cost to much to add them. So, why would a company that owns another company show them on the financial statement. That's why I think the pps drop bc rebel will be nowhere to be seen with regards to ADHC.
