All fuel oils are poison, “toxic”, so no need to single out just one.

Since there is no precipitate to separate from solution or suspension in this product, can no longer call it “sludge”.

For NY state, chemistry testing of JBI is the only determinate.

Because "companies that have been making it the same way for decades" (your words) produce a dirty fuel that is being "banned in NYC" (your words). But Plastic2Oil's "entirely novel process" (your words) produces it cheaper, cleaner, and with a lower carbon footprint.

Seems obvious to me.

JBI, Inc. (the "Company") (OTCQX:JBII) is profoundly disappointed by the erroneous allegations of fraud contained in the civil lawsuit filed by the Securities Exchange Commission ("SEC").

JBII Truth:

1. JBII has spent quite a bit of money on DEVELOPING P2O. The process has been VALIDATED by a number of independent entities. The State of New York has issued a Commercial Production Permit. Each P2O processor is capable of producing 281 Barrels/Day of End-User Fuel (Diesel, Gasoline, Heating Oil). This fuel has been validated as being Pristine Pure. Fuel is already being sold to a number of companies. Plastic2Oil is NOT "losing money" on P2O, in fact, the process is massively profitable. Plastic input is free from Rock-Tenn (NYSE:RKT), and noone doubts the value of End User fuel (Diesel, Heating oil, Gasoline) that is produced. In fact when the next processor(s) comes online, revenues will literally POUR in.

2. NYC has NOT banned JBII #6. In fact, they are looking for a cleaner replacement for oil refinery #6. JBII has EXACTLY what they need because it comes from plastic that is already highly refined.

3. The CEO is Honest, Reputable, and Very Hard Working to bring value to JBII Shareholders. He has ties to NASA and MIT.

4. So far 2 NYSE companies (RKT, OXY) have signed contracts with JBII. That in itself speaks Volumes.

Do a little research by visiting http://www.Plastic2Oil.com to see what JBII is REALLY all about. Read the Fuel Specs, all of the Validations, and the PR's

Yet JBI is selling their fuel by the rail car load full.
