So I ask this question. Why does CD continue to rule Explor with an iron fist, refusing to do what is best for his shareholders?

Perhaps he did try the route of joining up with a promotional person once before, perhaps twice, and now has a knife or two in his back to show for it. I don't disagree with you that he needs help but I also can't blame him for being knife shy right now. As for refusing to do what is best for his shareholders, suffice it to say that I think he IS doing what is best for his shareholders under the current circumstances.

Furthermore, I have good reason to believe that these message boards are being used by a certain individual or group of individuals to set the financial expectations as low as possible (hint 'we' and 'us'). The influence of this poster(s) failed on one board but seems to resonate better, though not fully, with readers of this board. This poster may have everyone thinking he is someone who this poster is not. I have to admit that I was fooled for a while too.

What Tomberry has interpreted to be 'ballistic' responses by me has been somewhat misconstrued. My responses are in defense of the positive FACTS and my inability to understand why shareholders would take so much effort to repeatedly post negative thoughts about a company that they supposedly have a large stake in. A better move would be to write such concerns to CD directly or as a concerned group of shareholders such that which was set up by certain shareholders.

The vast majority of Tomberry's posts had negative overtones. Maris9 has only negative posts. Not one single positive comment has come out of that ID. Sound familiar? Furthermore, each time I challenge MiningJunkie016 a barrage of negative posters shows up on the board. Sound familiar?

I do realize that some some shareholders post negative commentary on here in an effort to get CD to change his mind on hiring a strong promotional person. They post out of frustration for the same reason that I post 'ballistic' responses to public criticism.

To wrap up this long post, I leave everyone with these final thoughts.

1.) Perhaps CD is open to the idea of taking on a CPO but he needs someone that he can TRUST. Finding that someone is easier said than done after what has taken place to-date.

2.) As for changing the business model. I think we can do the following. We can assay the holes drilled to date, wedge hole 60 and then drill TPW only enough to keep the property rights. We can then wait for the majors to come to us. As someone pointed out. They are now very well aware of the Timmins Porcupine West TPW discovery. They are more than welcome to JV and finance future TPW drilling so long as the offer is fair.

We then move on to some of the other prospective properties. As for the promotional issue - rather than crucify CD, lets help him find someone that can earn his trust.

3.) I ask the critics this. If CD hires a promotional person and that person re-iterates some of the positive aspects that I and others keep bringing up, will he/she get criticized too for being pie in the sky? If that person fails to get the required financing, then what? Are we then going to criticize CD for DRILLING?

4.) One thing I know that YOU and I agree on. TPW is BIG. Very Very BIG. Let's take a step back and work it from there.
