That was beautifully done. I have this weird mind so while reading your excellent post I kept thinking of Wylie Coyote.

A good example of this concept to think about is Chuck Jones' character "Wylie Coyote". Every time Wylie runs off a cliff, trying to catch the Roadrunner, he never falls/drops until he looks down or realizes that he is in mid air. If you watch every Wylie cartoon, this "invented reality" is consistent. Wylie NEVER drops until he REALIZES he is in mid air! We in the audience all know that this is "impossible" in the real world.

The normal behavior of man is to in times when red flags are arising they refuse to see them because to see them would cause worry and emotional pain, so through the innate process of the herd to think via the process of cognitive dissonance, they censure out all disturbing thought and zone out into the defense mechanism of "what me worry".

Like Wylie we are running on air but we refuse to look down. The difference is that unlike Wylie we can fall or drop without looking down if an entity such as China redraws the animation.

I note that even some in the elite are beginning to worry about where we are going.

BUSINESS WEEK -- the ultimate corporate moutpiece -- ran an article a few weeks ago by an ex Goldman Sachs honcho (I forget the name) expressing grave concern about the mounting income and wealth inequality in America.
