Really?! NEP was halted CCME-like for 3 months in 2010...if that doesn't give you pause...

NEP halted by the SEC .... another one bites the dust. Oh well, I don't own any shares but am short the March and April $2.5 puts for a cost basis of around $2.15 if I get assigned ....

I wonder how long this halt will last ??? UTA has been halted for nearly 11 months now, but that's been the big exception .... generally it means a delisting within a few weeks to months.
