#11393 RE: future1 #11372

Future, in the midwest at least, Indiana where I am, you are correct, Walgreens, CVS, when you walk into those stores, you already know you will be paying more for almost anything, although they do run some very competitive ads, especially on beverage. They do monthly promote all their DSD (direct store delivery)beverage items at one time or another throughout any given month. For some they actually do a month long promo. Obviously, they make their money in the prescriptions they sell their customers. Without their script business, most of these stores would not survive as just a convenient store. There was a recent survey taken. Shoppers were asked the number one reason for shopping in a certain location, and the overall number one answer was beverage sale item pricing. We are Coke drinkers at our house, and yes we watch all the weekly ads for a sale on Coke 12 packs and shop accordingly. Today's customer does a lot more 'cross shopping' than ever before. And as you suggest, all because of price. #1 answer same survey 25 years ago was they shopped in a certain location because of the staff in the store. Not the case anymore, the tight economy has dictated that. I have not yet tried phase III, but was very impressed with the 5 star ratings it good on amazon from people who have. I have compared the ingredients on phase III with muscle milk, and the comparison isn't even close. phase III has much more vitamin content, and if the taste is better like people are suggesting, this product could be national in a relatively short period of time, at least by marketing product lifecycle standards.
