NO....the administrator does not give the password to the teen passenger....he/she over rides it then hands the phone over.

Do people put their PIN # on the back of their ATM card?

Actually, if the teen is actually a passenger in the car, they text a message to the administrator (parent) and then the parent puts in the password from their phone to override it for a length of time. Of course the teen could be not telling the truth, but then that is always a possibility. The Administrator has control over all the phones they have signed up.
