sideeki -- further to my initial smartazz reply:

I would also be one of those who would have to ask -- though I'd surmise, some poor sorry fuck of a very junior law firm lawyer who got assigned to clear rich folks' lawns and shrubs and trees with applicable laws/association rules (or more to the point, the removal of many/most and preservation of some trees/vegetation on sites being developed and negotiating/coordinating/securing approvals for that that within the whole permitting process) -- career highlight after 40 years of that being something like having put some avacado trees on Prince Abdulaziz ibn Abdullah ibn Abdulaziz Al Saud's grounds so the property qualified for a larger allocation of water

imagine the pick-up lines -- "Hey beautiful, guess what I do?"

sideeki -- and to complete the thought, having been made to think about it -- also site grading stuff, actually very likely the most significant part of it -- getting permitted for the site work can be a pretty big deal in getting one of those things built, as they often involve essentially flattening or otherwise significantly cutting into a hilltop or ridge line (or some other such major site work)
