Also the catalyst will be the new website updates and news that is suppose to be extremely positive for FTCH. Could be profitability, could be a movie deal, could be a lot of things. Social media is hot right now.

I firmly believe that the convertible debt will not harm the run and that dilution is not going to take place.

Try out their website - see if you can get the samples to play.

ImO, they don't because they don't have the license to the music and the site is simply a "store front" that forwards the orders to reputable sites and then pockets the difference.

But, in essence, their site is simply a front for the business of dilution.

More dilution on the way with the conversions due.

Check the filings to see for yourself.
