A while back I tried to explore the 10k's etc to try to determine Momenta's costs which are incurred with the ongoing sales of Enox.

The only Lovenox-related costs that MNTA bears are a portion of the legal fees in the patent-infringement suit against Amphastar/WPI. Everything else related to Lovenox is paid for by NVS.
