Not sure just how many hands are even left. IMO the weak hands are long gone. This needs multi year , multi millions from multi sources before investors start liking this. very telling when the reverse split and a Million dollar contract can't move PPS. The army contract is a beginning but you never hang all your cloths on one nail!
My personal opinion is everyone is sitting on their hands waiting to see if there is a phase 2 for the army contract. If that comes, i think we will see $1-$2 minimum increase in share price.
