Day/Swing traders taking profits at that level. A company cannot legally sell stock directly into the market. The high daily volume of this stock makes it very liquid which attracts a lot of intrady and swing traders. If you're in this long, you'll have to wait until the flippers are done and the volume tapers down.

So far I've traded it from .0042 - .0051 and .0042 - .006. Holding freebies right now to see where it goes. Still interested in the actual product though and, if I like it enough, I may hold a few long term but, as a general rule, I try to make my initial investment and/or a profit off a stock before I decide to reward the company for making me money by holding shares longer term.

Note holders are selling, they killed all the runs for the last 2 weeks. Notes are due in March so they are unloading.

Shame they didn't wait and let it run to get more interest and volume, but would have meant some retail traders making some profits.

3 words. DILUTION DILUTION DILUTION.

It is soooo much easier to make money by dilution and on BS promises and false hopes than to make the company grow.
