It'll be interesting.. to see what happens next in this drama..It would certainly be encouraging to see these " gentlemen" come to some sort of agreement- even if the agreement is "we disagree"- let's face it neither firm has unlimited resources or can afford to devote a ton of attention to legal stalemate..If that were to happen you can bet your a$$ that neither one (TOVC and or CXO)gives a rat's rump about us individual shareholders..If I seem a tad testy lately it is really this... after Enron, TYCO,Global Crossing et al..I'm losing faith that the individual shareholder has much of a shot these days...Big bucks= Big Egos= big time shenanigans--- not always but all too often as of late....I'll be happy to come around- I'm Irish after all we can be dark but prefer to be light hearted and partying...!!!!!Leitrim
