Am not sure what to make of it as says "merger/acquisition" or could be they provided funding only and there is not a option to select that type of transaction for this site...VERY interesting the group illume is in with and how the other 2 are now doing though. To me it's confirmation we are in with big money and proven winners. Opposite of red flag regardless of PPS at this time, IMO.
I was trying to find a timeline and was asking for help on prior post about the announcement - I couldnt find a date on it.
