Me - I'm "thinking" that as a condition of preparing to do business in Mexico, especially with the Mexican go'vt., and in light of "potential" contracts with same...that there are restrictions / requests to develop a facility and jobs in Mexico.
Not even convinced we'll be making armor down south. maybe something else.

When the NIJ comes thru BORK will ramp up more U.S. production of plates.
