There is no fraud. This company is an absolute TRAIN WRECK and the street knows it. They've gotten by for years doing nothing but dumping shares on unsuspecting investors with the illusion that there are products.

You think that SHG flipped and traded and manipulated, but I'll tell you what... I personally owned less than 300,000 shares of this at most and sold EACH AND EVERY ONE FOR A LOSS.

Thats right a LOSS. There was no flipping, no pumping, nothing. The only reason that SHG was involved in the first place was because DENNIS thought this was a great company. Then we found out he was paid to say that but did not tell us.

Contrary to popular belief, the majority of ppl associated with SHG think that HFBG is a total waste of time and space.
