MU is doing another shelf offering. To pay RMBS royalties and legal fees - lol. How do they avoid bankruptcy? Because shareholders keep bailing them out.

In edit, and ERTS back above $49, not waiting for more, out here at $49.40 for a fast $.74, making this one a bucker plus.

I don't think they will face bankruptcy, they have nine lives and have the street on their side raising mony for them, but like AMD, this convert will be used for hedging, so I would have a new target around $6 for MU. Just got back into the bu$$ here at $11.52, my "discount" ranted. But ERTS is now diving again...
