RMBS gets a small % for royalties in a huge market that currently is near it's all time low. If DRAM chips make a rebound to even half their old levels Rambus makes a lot more $$$.

For my last play (and post) of the day, I got in long near eod @ 11.15 and just bailed a couple o' minutes ago @ 11.8 for .65, making it 4.59 for less than half a day.

FWIW, though I appreciate the words of caution from many of you (over my being short a "bus"), I've been playing RMBS for over 4 years and have seen some serious reversals after runups on favorable litigation decisions. This puppy has been living large off court decisions...think they employ more lawyers than engineers...and often I've seen it run to 9, or 10 only to tank right back to 5 w/in a few days. Naturally, this time could offer a different scenario, but I'm not gonna bet on it by holding any o/n positions. I live by the chip and I'm gonna want to be short when this baby turns. Meanwhile, I'll take my bites one at a time.
