Dread, Response to your items in bold.

1)I'm guilty of posting the same information only after others have disputed it and have failed to provide any basis for Their differing claims.

2)I believe that Carlisle could not make these statements if he did not believe them to be true. As a Board member or former member I'm sure that he has a fiduciary duty to not knowingly mislead or misguide shareholders. Therefore I would argue that posting his statement and asking posters to provide some sort of basis for their claims does indeed add value to this board.

3)I have not focused on an individual poster. I have asked Dino and Torvecian the same questions when they have posted similar statements. Torvecian has provided either the facts or the information on which he has based his opinion as have I. Dino refuses, which is his right of course. I can only assume these statements are only his opinion since he never provides any facts or basis. Perhaps he should start his statements with IMO as most posters here do when they provide their opinions on various topics.
