Why do you say that? WPI has repeatedly claimed that it has full indemnification from any liability.

Because A* clearly does not have the $ to fully indemnify. And "Deep Pockets" is clearly a well known legal principal forcing an indemnified player to pay.

That said, I agree that indemnification is worth something to WPI - and tried to have a dialog on the topic on the MNTA board, but no one has data.

Remember when Pennzoil got a $12B judgment against Texaco?

They could not collect it - settled for $4B.

And Texaco was a US judgment debtor not a foreign operation.
