Yes George...been the pits to me anyway! Thankfully, I did make a nice gain on the condo we just sold and are buying another one in the building next door...needed to get some cash out to avoid a 4th consecutive year of having to rob the IRA prematurely with the 10% penalty...just another one of the negatives to sitting here trading all day instead of getting a job!!! tuna
