I think you might be looking a little to much into that.. You will find people like Chart Trader and others who can't remember to wash their clothing as investment bankers. They come in all different personalities and management styles.

(I am not saying that Mart can't remember to wash his clothing)

Bankers talk when the deal is done, not before.

They talk about their businesses in the amount needed to show how good they run their banks, but not giving any info above the needed.

As long SDVI does the deals and show them after they are signed, good enough for me. No LOI needed again.
