It starts at various times, some think it depends on when the snow melts up north and flows down the river, as well as the spring rains, but it usually dries up and allows site access by June.

If the snowfall is light this year, maybe the flood won't be as bad, we'll see. I don't remember when it usually starts but it's not far away, s/b soon.

A delayed start on the well doesn't stop them from working out a deal now, but today's little selloff indicates investors don't like the wait doesn't it?

The river stage at Natchez is at 43 feet. Flood stage is 48 feet but the swamp floods at a lot lower level. Unless this well is on higher ground, this well is probably already under water. The river appears to have about 2 more feet coming down river. The positive could be that there might not be to much water coming in the spring because it is already coming down the river. All depends on what happens up north in the next two months.
