You are right, but they just enticed back into NVLS. Basically, I think we trade in a range here, killing time while waiting for the FOMC. Unless they do something wild, I believe we will then resume the downtrend, and frankly I cannot think of anything bullish that they could do. It would not shock me to see them try though.
