I did the same thing, read and re-read. It's hard to tell, but assuming he answered the questions out of order, you could be right. Maybe he meant to be vague on question #2. He could mean "yes" to both questions, but the word "and" makes me start to think he reversed the answers, and/or was intentionally vague to avoid disclosure of insider info (yes, what?).
The 2 distinct questions:
1.Are you still associated with MNLU, and
2.Have you made any progress...?
Dr.C's unclear answer:
2. "Yes!" (question #2 or both?),
1. "and I'm still a consultant with MNLU" (this is question #1).
Still not clear, and has us guessing, but with your glass 1/2 full, I like the word "and". "And" almost makes it looks promising. He may be trying to say he's making progress but he can't talk about it.
Looks like sub .10 may come soon if we don't hear anything more substantial and definitive. I've got a low bid in.
