Can use any...the 20,2 and 60,2 would best work on the 60minute because 20 moving average is(about) the 3day moving average on daily chart.
A 5,2 is shown on the charts posted(see below)...it will do the same =try its best to box price in...and then the CCI points direction...

I use 20,2 with all the timeframes (just box in price)...10/15/30/60minute... as the intraday noise finds order...you can walk the set of timeframes up to the 30/60 and ask daily chart how it intends to act...start moving or just sit and watch the yoyo-ing chaos intraday...

Has to be the Market internals...advance/decline and the volume that goes with it (momentum)...is...It...TRIN formula...contained within the volatility bands...Mean Reversion (trigger 0.90 and 0.10) could be %B goes centerline...and re-assess TRIN value...and "TREND"...
The trend of the TRIN= 20MA on 30minute chart below...(unless you want to add a 5MA...)or TREND= the stochTRIN...trend/direction.
...TRIN is key and trend/direction obviously is stochTRIN...another key...

Since the price is outside lower bands 5,2 have to see what CCI says once pice gets back inside...until then I'd go with ULT signals since there is no CCI shown for the 10,2 bands...
