The address posted in Nevada for Spine & Joints, Inc. is where the company incorporated, it is not their physical address of the company.

SurgLine has chosen Spine & Joints, Inc as their DISTRIBUTOR for the procedure of their spinal implants. The CEO of Spine & Joints, Inc. is Tristan Tagnipez, who is also a consultant for SLS Medical, Inc. which I'm assuming is his vehicle used to reach out to others in the medical industry for SurgLine products. Not so sure a brick & mortar building is necessary when your job consists of going out to clients and networking. And if you already have a niche in this market, why not use it?
