You are absolutely correct, it is nothing but fodder trying to keep hopes up. There is no new TA and for the company to be disclosing this through private channels directly to known shareholders is absurd. Further the two official sites have no such documentation showing that has in fact occured. So why bring it up if one cannot point to the SOS of Colorado or the OTC for the proof there is in fact a Transfer Agent involved with the THRA.
