She was a director the entire time Joshua was CEO, she knew about it the entire time. In fact the final E-mail from the TA was sent out after Joshua had resigned, but nice try on trying to paint a picture of gross negligence on others when the person sitting in the seat knew full well what was happening. That is why she raised the AS immediately nd started issuing shares because she knew the doors were closed and there was not going to be any further share issuance.
