The point is that she isn't busy keeping us informed in public. Yes, we get emails. But, that is no way for a public company to distribute information.
And sending multiple emails takes a whole lot more time than just posting information on the company web site.
She is wasting time and energy that could be used better elsewhere if she would just stop emailing people and start publicly posting information on the company website.
But, of course if she did that. It would be a matter of Public Record and could be used against her in a court of law.
I'm sure she's committed enough illegal acts that she doesn't want to leave anymore of a public record behind her than she already has.
