Possibly but maybe not if they come equipped with an "antidote" that is relatively cheap and readily available.

None of these drugs (Pradaxa, Eliquis, Xarelto) has a known antidote.

Since basic mechanisms of action may be different also it is hard to speculate what the bleeding risk during procedures might be until we get more experience.

Eliquis and Xarelto have exactly the same MoA: inhibiting Factor Xa. Pradaxa is different: it inhibits Factor IIa (thrombin).
