You got me. Something seems to have happened at the last minute. There was elevator music playing on and on for hours (maybe still going?) in lieu of the conference call, and then the delayed "preliminary" 1Q12 earnings report PR. Very odd.

Would not entire financial presentation have to be deleted? You can't use safe harbor clauses to cover material information already known to be wrong.

I do agree that it would make sense to go with that segment nixed. But it would seam odd to discuss the Q numbers and not discuss the numbers :-)
