He will be entering a top ranked private high school here in LA in the fall. He was the only student out of 1200 to take the entrance exam who scored perfect on the math portion. I actually read several articles about the link between math skills and musician skills. Solving equations is much like structuring music. It was very interesting. So honors AP math, honors AP english, and honors science. He's one of them smart musicians. Not sure where he gets it but sure as heck not from his dad, and I can't think of many positives to say about his mom (my x), so maybe it was immaculate conception, LOL. And the 7 year old now has a drum set in the garage and is playing away!!!
