Thanks Value Investor for this update EXPU Outstanding share Structure:

At least we now all know RR is at the end of his options, he must either find a new source or way to Finance his operations with, Like ??, a Bank Line of Credit etc. !!, or either Merge or BuyOut another company as soon as possible, or at the very least do a Joint venture type Structure with another ATM etc Company, or last but not least, sorry to say !!, add another 500 Million to 1 Billion to the A/S Structure.

One way or the other lets hope the very next PR he puts will at least let us all know what he Plans to do to Increase shareholder Value, NOT Decrese it. ??. $$$$

The latest shares structure: The OS is 944,500,000 shares as of today (02/02/2012). The float is 923,409,197 shares and the AS is 1B shares as of 02/02/2012.

I don't know where you got your S/S figures from, but it turns out they're incorrect and apparently nobody double checked them. I just called, as well as another investor, and we were both given the following numbers for the EXPU current share structure. Interesting! How did that mistake happen? I'm deleting your sticky with the incorrect numbers and will replace with the correct S/S. I will also correct the ibox.
