I just don't get it... if you have a contract with Glamm and Skechers to make watches, why wouldn't you go through with it? The watches were not a myth because Skechers even said they were coming soon.
He already increased the AS. He just didn't say anything about it. If you search "Nevada corporations" or something like that, you can find where they filed an ammendment on 12-20-11 to increase the AS to 4B.
