I would say quite a few things are due.

They are expected to release 10Q's every other period according to company info so we should see something at the end of March.

The other convertible note should not be too bad, only 1.33MM (5300 / .004) shares should be added, which won't affect the market cap much at all.

Selling below a penny is absurd imo.
