Email probably won't help I'm afraid as both TC and I had contacted them this way. From what I understand management does not speak English, however, they do have people there who do as they did forward my email to their US Representative, so it got through. The only email addy I found was their HR Department but they sent it to the proper person.
So I guess the bottom-line is that if an investor wants to be proactive they can send an email in English to the company directly and they will read it, they just won't actually acknowledge it from my experience.
If a Japanese speaker would call and ask to speak directly to Takahama, Okamura or Umezono then I think it could be pretty interesting though.
