How about a bolus effect last Q4 when it was approved for adults?
The US launch for adults has not even occurred yet—see #msg-71540055. You’re right about there being a Prevnar 13 bolus in 4Q10, but the bolus was for children who were previously treated with the older version of Prevnar. A bolus of these children received a “catch-up” injection with Prevnar 13 to bring their immune system up to snuff with the additional strains in the new product.
