Just for your consideration:
I don't think an R/S is St Clairs style. Looking at what he has done so far it would be more likely that they will buy shares back at some point.
Also, we may have what some would call a large A/S, or even O/S, but how many are available to the public. I dont see those with inside info - Directors etc - selling any of their shares now knowing what is ahead.
With the pps being held where it is now I wouldn't put it passed the company to be buying shares now to help settle the merger and limit the amount of increase in A/S on settlement of the merger. Then after they announce the merger as a completed deal they then announce a Motorola deal and the pps will take off at a crazy pace.
Don't forget on the CC St Clair compared the potential for OPMG as being up there with FaceBook and Groupons. He knows a lot more than he is telling us.
