Especially if they don't really own the company per what you have found out. Then I certainly think there would be no litigation against AIMH itself when it still is technically a shell company.
Per your profile you would have knowledge connections and means and ways to investigate AIMH in ways the average poster could not!!! maybe even offer your services to help the real owners find a reverse merger candidate ...cool!!
